My daughter had her ears pierced at the oldham store today. The service was excellent. Carla the sales lady was lovely, very knowledgeable and put her at ease, would definitely recommend this service.

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced. Thank you to Luke and Carla at Oldham branch. They made her feel comfortable and relaxed which calmed my nerves too. She received a certificate and sticker for being brave. These things make a difference to the child's experience.

Pain-free, amazing service and a goodie bag included. Clara (who pierced my ears) was so sweet and reassuring, it is also very affordable with a free piercing, cleaning solution and certificate!, however you pay the price of the earrings. Overall I would definitely recommend to get your piercings done at H.SAMUEL.

Bought a watch that needed to be ordered into store. From start to finish Carla from the oldham store has been amazing. Professional, understanding & kept in touch after I suffered an accident where I was unable to call into collect the watch for a few weeks.

Thank you Danielle and Andrew you are a credit to H Samuel - I was looking for a specific Seiko watch for my daughters boyfriends birthday and I called the H Samuel customer service number to see if this specific watch was available in my local H Samuel store but unfortunately it wasn?t but the lady I spoke to advised on the stores that were showing stock and provided the contact numbers to call - I chose the Oldham store and I am so glad that I did, The lady I spoke to in the Oldham store was called Danielle who I have to say couldn?t have been more helpful - I explained the situation and that I needed this specific watch by Saturday which was literally in 48 hours time and Danielle with the help of a gentleman called Andrew advised that they would make sure the watch was sent out that day and I would receive it the following day and as promised the watch arrived the next day and in-fact in less than 24 hours of me placing the order - In this day and age it is so refreshing to find a company and members of their staff who actually care and offer such a great level of customer service. Once again thank you Danielle and Andrew, H Samuel Oldham.
