Used to order this every week and was amazing but this is the last time we order from here. Staff are rude and do not care about your orders being 2 hours late. Quick enough to take your money but gets your order wrong and refused give you a refund

Used to order every week and was our favourite takeaway but last few times we have ordered it hasn?t been good. Chips soggy, chicken was pink, dry, rock hard and no sauce on it at all. The prices have increased massively but the food quality has gone down so much. Thought we would order one last time but won?t again.

Ordered boneless banquet deal which includes, fries and drink. Turned up with no drinks and nobody answered the phone when I tried to call. Chips were soggy as were the nuggets. Rest of the chicken was passable but nothing special. Heard a lot of good stuff about this place so quite disappointed.

Frangos is our favourite takeaway in Wigan! It?s so delicious and gets delivered really hot straight out the oven. I love the falafel burrito and it?s such a filling delicious meal. It?s great value for money. My partner loves the loaded fries and they don?t skimp on filling. The service is always lovely and they cater for special requests which is lovely.

They have the best chips i've ever had.The buritto's pretty decent even though sometimes they skip the fillings(cheese,guacamole,salad)and sometimes the sauce isnt enough,it's mostly rice(because I'm regurarly getting from there I'm supposing it depends on who makes it).Don't get me wrong,it's my favorite in Wigan,but they could certainly do better.

Where do I start? Placed an order at around 6pm, £40 total. Good reviews on Just Eat looked promising. But was left waiting over 2 and a half hours with nothing, Apparently only started preparing the order at around 7:45pm. When the food still wasn't here at 8:45pm, requested a refund and was told we wouldn't be getting our money back. Despite the food still not being delivered almost 3 hours later. Called the shop up to ask where my food was, and had the phone put down on me!! Just Eat had to step in to give us a refund in the end. Absolutely appalled, thought this place would be great judging by the reviews. I suppose not.

Frangos is a quality takeaway. The garlic bread and the pizza are delicious.The staff are also nice people too. This is where we order from now on takeaway night. £15 for pizza, garlic bread, chips and drinks delivered is a rare find in 2023.
