Tried calling on Sunday 27/07/25?no answer. Drove 10 miles through traffic only to be told by 3 members of staff that they don?t answer phones on Sundays. Part I needed wasn?t in stock nor available to order either. Waste of time and poor communication.

Don?t bother going there just go GSF Instead I don?t think they?ve ever given me the right parts ever I have to make 2 trips every time constantly whilst leaving the customers cars jacked up to go and change them for the right parts it?s an absolute joke the amount of fuel I have to waste going back and forth what?s the point of putting the reg plate in the first place

Absolutely appalling customer service at Euro Car Parts Oldham ? especially from the woman working early mornings!
I genuinely had one of the worst customer experiences I?ve ever encountered at this branch. I came in with the specific bulb code for my car, clearly written down, just needing a quick and simple replacement. Unfortunately, I had the misfortune of being served by the lady who works in the early morning ? and let me tell you, she should not be anywhere near a customer-facing role.
From the moment I approached her, she was clearly more interested in whatever was on her phone than actually helping a customer. I tried to explain the bulb I needed, even showing her the exact code, yet she couldn?t be bothered to check it properly. Instead, she handed me the wrong bulb without a second glance, as if she just wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible.
When I returned shortly after (because, of course, the bulb didn?t fit), she acted like I was the problem. I tried to explain the situation, but she just kept shaking her head dismissively and rolling her eyes like I was annoying her. No apology, no effort to help, just attitude. I was shocked by how incredibly rude, arrogant, and uninterested she was. It?s like she took offense to being corrected?even though she was clearly the one who got it wrong.
To make matters worse, when I pushed back and insisted she at least look at the code I had given her originally, she became even more hostile. She blatantly refused to listen and even dropped the F word more than once during the interaction?completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Who talks like that to a customer, especially when they?re the one who messed up?
I don?t know how someone with such a terrible attitude and zero understanding of basic customer service can be allowed to represent a brand like Euro Car Parts. Ignoring customers, being glued to your phone, and using foul language? Disgraceful.
I?ll never return to this branch again, and I?ll be warning others to avoid it too. If management actually cares about their reputation, they seriously need to re-evaluate who they put at the front counter. It?s one thing to make a mistake?it happens. But to be blatantly rude, ignorant, and downright disrespectful to customers who just want the correct part? That?s unacceptable.

I ordered a spray bottle of back to black turtle wax spray on line,. The website confirmed there were 4 in stock so off i went to collect my order at the Chadderton branch. On arrival i was told that there were none in stock and could i call back the next day. I said i would call back when i had time.
I called back on the 17th April after again ordering on line as there were 4 in stock. I payed at the counter and waited.. Again i was told the system was showing 4 but there were none in stock.i was given a refund and was told they would order the spray wax and i could collect it tomorrow.
The next day i called on the phone to confirm my order had arrived. I was informed that there were now 5 in stock, so i thought it must be in stock as the number in stock had risen to 5.
So off i went confident that i could wax the car as i had planned. I was told the part was still not in stock. I explained that i had been informed by phone that the wax was in stock. I told them the number i had called and they said this was not there branch number but a central number based in the europarts head quarters, and they had probably looked at the computer showing 5 in stock, and they were definitely in stock.
They apologised and said we will have it in the store at 3.30pm. So back home i went assured that the wax would be in my hands that afternoon. At 4pm i returned to the store to collect the wax, well surprise surprise, i am sure you guessed it, it had not arrived due to a delay on the motorway.
Well i think i have had the patience of a saint,having spent 3 hours of my life i will never get back running round in circles due to Europarts poor service and inefficiency.

Went on Sunday with a friend as my local one on Whitefield does not open on Sunday, it was easy to find on google maps.
When I arrived the queue was outside the door, but the two members of staff that were serving were so polite and efficient and queue moved rapid
