i normaly do my eyebrows at dazzlin allure nd its been a while now, today been a disaster they've done my eyebrows waaaaaaaay too thin and the girl knew that she messed up nd kept asking if its fine, it is what it is even if i say they're so bad theres none to do to fix it. Last time going to this place i cnt look at myself in the mirror now coz its horror.

Went for a haircut. And this is what I got. They charge me £20 for a simple haircut. The lady was very completely unprofessional i felt that when she was doing the haircut as well. Clearly she doesn?t even know how to cut hair. Worst experience of my life. They have completely ruined my hair. I?m coming back tomorrow? you gonna pay me refund and you gonna pay for the hairdresser who will recut my hair. And no doubt I?m gonna sue you. This place should be shut down. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I regret to say that my experience at Dazzlin Perfection was quite disappointing. The Indian head massage felt unprofessional and lacking the expertise I expected. ( I know how it?s done as I?ve had it done before). The discomfort during the waxing treatment was hard to ignore, especially since the same area was repeatedly waxed, resulting in skin redness and later scarring with brown patches. This entire experience left me uncomfortable and concerned about the quality of service provided and the training done to provide there?s services.Two therapists started to do the waxing which made me uncomfortable, and talked amongst themselves slating other customers and staff and 1 staff seemed like she couldn?t be bothered being there.I hope the salon takes steps to address these issues for future customers.Would not recommend and will not go back!

Absolutly distgusting dont think the woman cutting my hair was even qualified. Ive never had thinning scissors to do layers but did today. Hair completly uneven. The other woman in shop had to show the one cutting my hair how to use thinning scissors wont be back. You should be closed down and reported to trading standards!!!!!! You can give me my money back when i call in tomorrow and you can pay 4he bill from the hairdresser who as had to recut it.

It is with regret that I write this review but due to the fact that the salon failed to compensate me in any way after a horrific experience, I?ll share it here instead as I?ve decided not to return or jump through the hoops I have been requested to to resolve a matter that was not my fault.Two stars because I was happy with the customer service I received until this point.Gemma (who I would give 5* to all day) she is the one who won my business and kept me loyal at the salon?. Unfortunately in her absence I did not have the same experience.I have spent a lot of money at this place and I have witnessed some unprofessional behaviour along the way but mainly my issue is with the resistance towards giving people refunds or alternative services if they are unhappy which I?ve seen so many times.have been a happy paying customer for some time but my most recent visit left me with a cut on my eyebrow after a tint and thread and a trip to A&E due to correct guidance not being given before treatment. I.E remove contact lenses causing a scratched and very painful cornea.(coat of the eye)I give them the benefit of the doubt and go into the shop to show my injured eye ball and cut brow only to be told to email with evidence of going to A&E etc which I found unnecessary and offensive but also mentall challenging as I have disabilities. And frankly I have better things to do then search mymedical records like raise a child , run a business etc etc etc?..Had I received a refund, an offer to repeat the treatment once I had healed or something I would have kept coming to the salon but based on how disputes are dealt with I will happily take my business elsewhere.Sharing because I hope it will encourage salon owners to do better. Prioritise customer satisfaction over profit because , well ?Lifetime Value ? of a customer is a valuable thing to remember ? perhaps some training on this ?A terrible Shame as I thought I?d found my ?all under one roof?All the best to the ladies in the salon, this is aimed at the owners!!

i went for highlight my hair and first of all they did not started when i booked appointment secondly they already told me price when i booked for my hair highlights and when i went their they took the price first after that they keep saying that that s not right price we charged you its expensive and we charged you very low and then i was saying dont start from the roots they did not listens to me and says no we have to do it when the toner will be applied everything will be fine but the result was very bad but thay said waow it look nice but really that looked so wired not happy with them

I will not suggest this place any more, i went last week for doing my eyebrows threading, delux facial and hair keratin treatment. They did my eyebrows well, but in facial, they didn't do the proper massages.The lady, who did my facial, put the face pack and told me to wait for another15 to 20 mts by the time the pack will getting dry then will remove. But after 8 mts another lady came and she removed the pack and started the hair treatment. So I didn't get even 25% result with that facial. The lady who did the hair care was in hurry as she had an appointment. They treated my hair very roughly , they did partition in my hair with the clips, and it was too tangled, they didn't try to detangled before doing straight, that was too painful. Already i have an issue with hair falling, as they stretched out the hair roughly I lost a lot's of hair. An extreme level of disappointment towards the service.Service: Eyebrow threading

Very rude customer service, speaking in their own language about everyone in the salon not realising I understood exactly what was said (wasn't very nice words.) Speaking amongst each other whilst doing my treatment and not a word said to me expect hold your brow. Not involving me with regards to shape or what I wanted. What made it worse was it was threaded and the lady had bad breath. Whilst doing my tint, I looked on my phone and the brows weren't even even. I was so annoyed! The lady had just walked off and was no where to be seen. I asked another lady if she could call her to fix it. She wasn't happy, did what she did and walked off again. Speaking in their own language again saying she was hiding in the back and not dealing with me. Another lady said she is dealing with me and took off my tint. I couldn't run out the shop fast enough!Service: Eyebrow threading

I did my eyebrows today for the first time, I liked it , I also did a massage, the massage was not as I expected, special the cream that she used very strong and smells bad, it was smell like the pain killer gel. But the girls are really friendly, I recommend them especially for eyebrows.Service: Eyebrow threading
