“Had an issue with my broadband order and had to come in store to fix it as the call centre folk couldn't help me. The lady here was quick to sort my problem out and had me on my way. The actual broadband service however is another issue.”

“Can't recommend them enough.I Originally went to the Cash converter shop opposite to take an item for a previously agreed price. When I arrived they denied the phone call and offered a lot less.I went in Cash Generator opposite and told what had just happened. They immediately matched the original offer without any haggling or awkwardness. Very fast service. And somehow they seem to remember your name too...The only issue I have across the board is no facilities to pay interest or buy online. Come on guys 21st century.Still great tho in my books.Pete G”

“Popped in as my contract with 02 had expired and I was looking to see if they could get me a competitive deal. Dealt with quickly and efficiently by one of their staff members and they answered any qnd all questions about my wants and needs. I was in there for less than 25 minutes and I came out with a newer phone and around 6 pounds cheaper than my 02 contract.10/10 service”
