“Nipped in today for some stationary for my son, the staff in there couldn't have been more helpful! I was welcomed as I walked in even though there were a few customers already inside and when I asked for some advice the lady spent a great deal of time talking with me about the different products. I ended up buying more than I thought I would. Lovely shop and great service.”

“Had the misfortune to visit the post office counter in w.h.Smiths today. Spent 14 mins in line, down one of the aisles awaiting service. Normally, not one to complain, but nearing the counter noticed there was only one staff behind the counter and 1 staff on the floor helping people with packages etc. The 1 staff behind the counter was under siege from a growing line. Come on Post Office, 2 staff at least. Thank you.”
