I visited B&Q Oldham twice over the weekend and was assisted by Adele, who was outstanding. She turned a frustrating situation into a positive one with her exceptional service and kind attitude. I left feeling extremely happy and grateful as she went above and beyond!

Tried over 2 days to get paint mixed, waiting for the slowest man to serve everyone, needs two people on that paint station. Then when I eventually waited to be served, he went to the person who was waiting behind me! Then I had to say something! Just really bad customer experience. I work in retail i would never do that, i would ask who's next please.

Well, what can I say about my recent visits to B&Q Oldham? Quite a lot, as it turns out. I had some issues with my Club Card account, and staff members Zoe and Adele provided me with excellent customer service. They offered clear support and advice to help resolve the problem, and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was handled with professionalism and a smile.
On a separate occasion, I purchased a product that turned out to be damaged. Without hesitation, Zoe offered a quick resolution, dealing with it efficiently and without any fuss.
If you want to see what true customer service looks like, these two members of staff have really set the bar. Could I have asked for more? Well yes?I asked for a job ? but that?s where my luck ran out ?

The guys on the paint mix section were so lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. They restored my faith in good customer service. I also found the till ladies to be wonderful, helpful and good natured. Thank you - I wasn?t feeling the best when I walked in but came out feeling valued.

This is not a b & q issue, however the vending machine which is owned by a private company took £2.80 off me for a drink which I did not receive due to the faulty machine.
When i consulted B & Q staff they just did not want to know as it is not owned by them, but there is not even a customer service available, just a telephone number on the machine which charges to make a call.
I came out very thirsty and very annoyed.
This was B & Q Oldham.

Appalling service, went there asking for decking and got rushed by all the staff. I dont get why I herd a zipper but I went unconscious during the stomping woke up sore never returning again!

I went in to get a bolt as a bed i had ordered from elsewhere came with a threadless bolt. Luckily they had exactly what I needed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The old guy, that does the greeting as you walk in, what an absolute gent. He always puts a smile on my face. GIVE THAT GUY A RAISE!

This is my local store. I've used it for many years. I never had any problems and the staff have always been helpful when I needed them. with plenty of parking in the car park

I recently visited the B&Q Store at Oldham and had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Ryan. I was completely overwhelmed by the sheer number of options available for my renovation. Ryan was an absolute lifesaver!

Shocking service from a click and collect order, showing more than 5 in stock. To get an email saying I could go and collect to being instantly called saying they had none in stock and would just refund me. I will never use this disgrace of a merchant again if they cannot even count available stock it seems a push to then consider trusting the quality of the products they can or more likely cannot provide a customer.

Absolutely over the moon with the customer service at B&Q Oldham. Zoe was especially helpful and did everything she could to help me out with my large order. I got 20% off due to her kindly gifting me one of the special offer vouchers and it?s made my family?s Christmas. Can?t thank you enough Zoe we will be in before Christmas with everything we needed.
