This is a family business I think. I remember joing 7yrs ago as lomas were very rude! They have never not had my blister packs ready. I think the origional pharmacist went to well chemist next door. He's my favourite guy. One day my script went down late and he kept the chemist open for me so I could get there. They shut at 6 he stayed open till 6.30 just for me. I'm sure he's like this with everyone.

I switched to these about 8 months ago from a pharmacy that had very, very rude people answering there phone.
This pharmacy is wonderful, I've always received a polite response and despite some issues with mixed up prescriptions, they have NEVER, EVER failed to get my prescription for me, even upon a delivery, they have gone out of their way to make sure I get it.
I believe it is a family business and I must say, they work very well together and it's nice to see, in this day and age, a business that still cares about their customers.
Thank you Ashton road Pharmacy, you haven't failed me yet, it's much appreciated.

Always happy with the staff
Very supportive and very helpful, yes it?s a small pharmacy, be nice to have more chairs to sit on as I have Osteoarthritis and a heart condition,when the only chair is taken it?s very difficult standing.

Excellent pharmacy.
Tried multiple pharmacies for a medication that was out of stock. However Ashton road pharmacy was the only one who had it in stock.
Staff were welcoming , kind , friendly and professional.
Pharmacist came out to me and gave his time and had in-depth knowledge of the medication that was prescribed. Thank you !!

I?m sad to say that they are poorly organised, they blamed the non delivery of my tablets on the driver, saying he has tried to deliver multiple times which he hasn?t as we have cctv and he would have been seen. They then promised to have the medication ready for me if I collected it, they did not. Non of this would be a problem if I was local, but I live the other side of Ashton and they knocked on my door saying they could offer a reliable service, well they haven?t and rather than just apologise told me a load of made up nonsense.

Staff are very friendly and are Always helpful
They give their 100% in everything and if there is any problem they try and sort it out for u as soon as they can
Love the fact they are open on Saturdays
