Went to pick up amazon parcel, male staff taking 10 years trying to find another customers parcel which got lost, they had other staff standing around doing nothing! One even went in back had a nice chat and walked off without even acknowledging us waiting to get given our parcels. Wasted 20 minutes eventually i walked off without my parcel worrying my hairs might turn grey waiting any longer.

Shopping in this store is such hard work.
The isles were all full of stock and not easy to walk around.
The self checkout till are NEVER manned. Almost walked out of the store I was waiting so long.
In future I?ll just pop to Aldi.

This is by no means a slur on the staff,who are all helpful when called upon.The problem is that Asda seem to have an aversion to opening staffed tills in the small stores.The only till manned is the kiosk,which must be an absolute joy for whoever is unfortunate enough to be put on there.In addition to dealing with shopping, lottery tickets and parcels,they also have to leave the kiosk to approve alcohol sales at the self-service tills.There are always plenty of staff on the shop floor,who as I say are helpful when needed,but surely there must be a better way of running things.

This review has nothing to do with the staff,They work incredibly hard,It's disgusting there are not enough staff on the premises,I believe there is a management problem, Shop looking scruffy, Security on and just one lovey Asian lady on the cigarette counter, whenever you going she is always polite but you can tell she is stressed,Have to serve the counter running around to do self serve problems dealing with Uber eats, Having worked in retail for the last 50 years,What are you doing to your staff ? Something is terribly wrong in your store,

Lots of Parking with a Great Disabled parking area.
More stock than you think in a small,ish store,

Absolutely fed up of coming here to collect my parcels that are missing. It's happened more than twice now. It's either lost in transet like they said or the people in Asda who work there are taking them. It's not fair on people this you think you get a bargain only to be disappointed

Absolutely the most vile shopping experience you can ever possibly have.I can explain how bad this store and the staff are in this place.Even worse I tried a sausage sandwich. The most vile dirty example of a sausage sandwich I?ve ever had in my life.You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself serving sure poorly cooked food.
