Online shopping worst ever, missing items on order, when you request refund they decline after 48 hours, then you have to ring up and ask again, which they reply need to wait another 24 to 48hrs. Waste of time. Rude staff.

Unfortunately they have a monopoly in Shaw. If they had competition, they'd have disappeared years ago.
Frequently missing product lines and empty shelves.
The biggest issue for me is their trolleys, or rather their lack of. I'ts ridiculously common to shop there and find nothing but huge, comical trolleys(assuming not shopping for family of 6). Most people only want the smaller trolleys, and so these go fast! It has been like this for years. Picture attached

I went in for a jug kettle when I came out it was raining and where my car was parked in the car park it was like a reservoir I had no choice but walk through 6 inch of rain water where my car was parked and water got in my shoes no good drain system in car park ill never go back in this asda again definatily not when it's raining

I have been robbed by Asda false advertising. 3 for £24 beers did not apply to the beers I picked even under the signage. Last week I nearly got robbed with the coke zero 3 for £24 . Now £11 for 24 cans! I am just fed up with Asda Shaw. Staff look fed up, everything going wrong is not their fault. Considering driving the extra miles elsewhere.

This store has gone seriously down hill, the veg is really bad quality, had to throw a full leg of lamb as it was off, never any cooked chicken ready, sonetines closed, when you do get one theyvare full of grease and forced to purchase a bag, then the checkouts are busy and self service empty, people dont want to be self serving and are foced to stand in a large que as they removed some checkouts for self serve.
This store used to be so much better

We renovate toilets all over the country but here we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the toilets . Very good team of cleaners.

Bullying in this store on arrival I was forced out of the entrance when trying to enter after further investigation I was blocked upon by people inside intentionally and shopping around the store from customers to shelf staff more harassment until either tills or self checkout where staff are yet again bullying customers this behaviour is unacceptable and I will be making a formal complaint both to the police and to the managers
