Had an alert that my Nectar card had been used in this store to buy £230 worth of goods. Never been to the store. I was calling them within 4 minutes but they decided to not bother answering (also every Sainsbury's line rang out) allowing the thief to complete the transactions take the goods. Not following procedures, not answering the phone, now I have to go through the claims process to get my Nectar points back which I was planning the spend on a trip. If you were working there on the evening of 12th March, you're a disgrace...

Incompetent staff..paid for a TV told collect 9am then 4pm then get refunded and ask to buy again..so money in limbo paid a second time for the same item...told collect at 4pm turned up and told it's not due until tomorrow.. my receipt says otherwise.. largely out of product paying for the same TV twice and still yet to get the bleeding thing.. incompetent is the only word for it.

Bought a mini broadband device with Vodafone, 300mbps guaranteed, it's like I time travelled to 2010 with 5mbps, lying about product info, wouldn't recommend

Refused to take in a click and collect parcel. I needed this parcel delivered delivering before the 4/6/24 now it?s been returned to the seller. Argos have caused me a massive inconvenience, very unprofessional.

Thanks to the man with glasses and grey hair who went above and beyond today to take the heavy delivery to my car. I can't believe I actually thought i could take it ? but yes great customer service!

Had to speak to customer service about repair and took 10 min just to speak to someone and got hung up on 3 times and when finally got throught for repair they sent wrong enginener to fix

Never had problems with argos staff are very good and helpful, and if you return anything it's dealt with immediately as long as you have followed the rules, I have had a few purchases which I have returned without any trouble and the staff will ask if they can help you by taking it to your car if they think its a bit heavy for older people

Very terrible service, worst Argos you can ever go to. I tried returning something which was under warranty, and the Bengali girl working on the front refused to do a replacement for the item. Better workers are needed at the front for customer support, these ones think they own the place.

I like this store, returns are no fuss when opened because of distance selling but their items are always dirty and have their own sticker on the boxes, bought a Lego set today who's box was crushed and ripped on the corners slightly but they refused to provide a partial refund, and basically sold a damaged item for full price, yeah, she offered a refund and to reorder but I would have had to come back and or go to another store, if I had not taken this would they have sold it again for full price in this condition?

Warning avoid buying your electronics from Argos. ???????????Absolutely shocking. Bought tv in February. Spent some money on this tv not cheap.Couple month go by I realised there was a slight glow in the screed, so I spent couple week to and from chatting to the Argos support team. For them to confirm that the tv was faulty.I was happy for them send me a replacement out. But this was just the start of the problems. They tied to send me a smaller and not as good tv as a replacement. And they I was told these TVs are refurbished. Not new. Witch I was shock to find out as I paid for a new tv got sold a faulty one and then they?re telling me am getting a refurbished one. Then I agree to accept a refurbished tv the same as I bought. When it come it was covered in scratches dints. Even on the front of the screen. The customer care team from start to finish have been absolutely horrible. One lady even said I was being difficult because I just asked for a refund.I haven?t heard back from anyone since they sent me this broken dinted scratched tv as a replacement. I would absolutely avoid buying your tv from here. Absolutely shocking and disgusting behaviour. ???????AVOID AVOID AVOID.
