Prescription ready and waiting every time. Hardly ever a queue unlike the last ownership where there were long queues all the time due to lack of organisation.

I went to get a prescription a week ago to be told they had not received it when the gp sent it right infront of me. Then told it's now arrived and turned out part of my prescription was not in stock. Called Monday no answer, called Tuesday answered to agree they would deliver..days gone past and nothing sent.
