Friendly but every time I go in the place is dirt and it’s been this way for ages .dirty floor and shelves , this is meant to be a clinical environment

The service is very poor. After booking the medication for 2-3 days, every time I go to pick up the medicine, it is never ready, and I have to come back the next day.
