A large, black security guard looked at me with disrespectful eyes and spoke to me in a horrible way because of my disability. I was only asking what time it was.

Staff need training. Visited the store today 19/12/24 at 3.40pm. The team leader refused to exchange or refund the alcohol I had purchased less than 5 minutes before (I bought the wrong flavour).
