Very bad customer service experience. The coloured lady at the counter was very rude. Went in to collect an online order. No one else in the store except another staff member. Asked if I could be served to collect the order and she rolled her eyes at me as I was interrupting her having a chat with her colleague. No wonder... read full comment

Wanted to pop in and buy ski boots. Knew the exact pair and exact size wanted. Was told wouldn’t be able to do that without an appointment (which costs £50).
