Went into Santander today hoping to have a small issue sorted. Ie change my busi Ness phone number. The girl tried one way but this did not work. Then another way tried and this didn't work. A phone call to another branch and another way tried. Then a phone call to head office and they tried a few more things But... read full comment

I've been with Santander for many years, I've never had an issue of any nature, all the staff do a fabulous job.
