Poor agency. The agency ignore emails about property upkeep and safety. When phoning up you are 9 times out of 10 going to have someone be rude to you and not listen to any complaints. Poor from a tenants point of view and I’m sure if the landlord knew more about this agency they wouldn’t be using them. Awful, horrible...
