We went to the shop after ten at night but much earlier than eleven and was so disappointed to find it closed ? Does this happen often? I hate unreliable places Do you really close at eleven or just sometimes?

Very slow service. I asked to collect a parcel and then was told to wait while he served everyone else. Because I was not spending money, I was an inconvenience, so 20 minutes later, when I was the last one in the queue, he got my parcel . Very poor .
