Just been to collect a 140 win on the lottery was told by a nasty lady on the lottery desk she couldn't pay me not enough funds ,I didn't accept this and asked for a manager,she then when to a different till with a face like thunder and started banging draws got the money and basically threw the money at , terrible customer... read full comment
