Went in to get some ice as staying in the hotel above. The freezer was empty of ice but a very helpful member of staff called Jake went down to the storeroom freezer to get some for us and also some stock for others. He finished what he was doing and immediately went to sort it.
What happened to this once great Morrisons!!??? It used to be a fantastic place to grab lunch, but now it's a souless store with a small selection of overpriced brands. Only thing worth grabbing is a meal deal!
