I would like to say thankyou to the lady on reception. She was really helpful. I needed to activate my pin, needed a new pin,my old pin wasn't working. Also I needed a bank statement. Bank wouldn’t let my family make changes to their account because they didn’t have there Lloyds card , they did however have passport and driving licence. We were also not told in advance that we would need this and only told passport and driving licence. The lady who saw us was so rude instantly and had such a bad... read full comment
