Only one cashier working. Long wait time, long queue. Other customers asked for an extra cashier and were told there was nobody else with permission to use the system. Couldn't understand a word the girl said on the phone as her voice was not clear at all but after she transferred me I got every word the man said so best to have a man's voice for customer help.

The customer service here is awful. The man on the front desk was arguing with me in front of other customers regarding a mistake THEY had made about an appointment date.
