Customer service simply terrible.

Took my bike last week to repair and service. Bike mechanic asked me when I had it serviced last time and I said 3 months ago. He said take it to Halfords white city where I had service last time as we are short of mechanics as one is having a baby next week.If you want us to do then leave your bike for 10 days atleast... read full comment
