Every time I come in here there's always a confrontation with the staff, this time they were trying to rip me off charging £1 to return a parcel to package it when Amazon clearly states no packaging is needed. Last time they didn't charge me just to bag it and nowhere else does. Staff are disgustingly rude for no reason.

Gave our parcel to someone else. Refused to admit it so we couldn't get a refund. Don't get parcels delivered here.
