“On a visit to Leigh from France, I popped to the Leigh store to be welcomed by Michael I was looking for trousers to match a silk top, he came up with suggestions which I hadn't thought of, he was very attentive \\u0026 charming without being pushy. They even had some Jaeger clothes. I was impressed by the service \\u0026 recommend a visit to The Leigh store. Thank you for a delightful visit.”

“Just popped on for some ibuprofen. I thought I wasn't even supposed to be in the store, not a soul in sight. Bit awkward at first but IMO there is nothing like having a shop to yourself. Prices seem alright as well. So if you're looking for anything otc (over the counter), I'd definitely hit this up first, save you some coin. ??‍♂️”

“Nice friendly staff, always stocked up and has a great variety of clothes, I bye costume jewellery and it lasts longer than most other retailers. The changing rooms are nice and spacious, if you want help you receive it without feeling obligated to bye. I often shop here.”

“Sadly, I didn’t get the girls name who served me at the click and collect yesterday. It was around 6pm, and she was helping a newer member of staff train. She was very nice and really polite and helpful when I couldn’t remember my postcode and I had to log back on. Thank you !”

“Ideal shop to just pop in for a look around and then finding a large range and variety of products at a decent price,over the years I've bought watches,clothing,kitchen ware and tools.You can get childrens clothes and toys,books ornaments,suit cases etc,this is the type of shop you need to look round to realise how versatile it is ,check it out and see,there is a upstairs and down,also a lift if you disabled or not .”

“I have been awaiting an online order to be delivered to SD in Leigh's Loom store. First delivery date was November 28th moved to December 1st. I kept looking at track and trace but seemed to be stuck on 'order processed' - ordered items had been paid for. I sent two emails requesting an update with no reply. Staff at the store explained online & store sales are completely separate but with help as much as possible. Fortunately they have a contact number & the lovely female manager rang through to find out only one item was available all others were awaiting stock availability. The fault was with the online process not store staff. I cancelled all other items except the one in stock & was told it was going out on next day delivery. The delivery dispatchers is Envi (total rubbish I've used them before) I was able to pick one other item up in store which doesn't really help regarding the rest of my order. The store manager was so helpful in phoning other local stores to no avail. I can not express how grateful I was to this manager. If online SD had contacted me in November stating could not process the whole order I could have sorted something else out earlier - instead of rushing about looking for something else. Oh and I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund! The next day delivery still not happened & this item is only sold online so now in same situation as before but for one item now not ten items. So for store I give full marks but for online & dispatch, I don't have a good word for them. It's nothing to do with time of year I ordered these items before the Xmas rush!”

He was courteous and knowledgeable and had the time to explain what the options were to solve my difficulty. I was very impressed, thanks.”

“Shopped here this morning after a nightmare journey from Urmston on thick fog. This was the only store in the North West with a rug on stock which our don and his fiance wanted for Xmas. One of the staff, Lindsey, was extremely helpful and helped us find the rug from their display. She was very friendly, but professional also and I was very impressed with her attitude which I am afraid is lacking in some retailers nowadays. Well done to her.”
