The team were really helpful, Rebecca and Julie were really cheerful and friendly and we chatted whilst I had to wait, but a special shout has to go to Reem, she was amazing, so friendly and genuine, really passionate about her work and her care for customers is nothing but effortless, she explained everything I needed to know and clearly goes above and beyond as standard.A real asset to their team.Would very highly recommend them to anyone.”

They answer any queries quickly and respectfully and on the two occasions I have had problems and the problems were royal mails fault not theirs they have sorted it quickly and efficiently my emails were always answered straight away.
