Samaya, the resident optician, is wonderful. She is caring and thoughtful, making me feel at ease. At my previous visit, Zara, looked after me. She was also excellent, and I had a referral within two days after that visit.These are the best opticians we have ever had, and cannot recommend them highly enough. “I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. The staff are so welcoming and polite. Shabir, in particular, has been very helpful and gone above and beyond when dealing with some of my issues. Furthermore, he has managed to put a smile on my face even when I'm dealing with some rather frustrating health issues. Highly recommended!!!”

“Just been for my covid jab. Anyone who knows me knows I am the WORST when it comes to needles, but Jallal (I hope I spelt his name right!!) was amazing. So friendly, kept me calm, promised he would be as gentle as possible and you know what.....it didn't hurt at all! Felt I had to write a review because there was no feedback form. “The staff is polite and nice, I went for my 2nd ear piercing here and the lady who did it was nice too. It hurt a bit but i got over it quickly. I would reccomend for piercings but some of the products here is overpriced for me but i gave 5 stars because of the staff.”

“I go to this chemist tp puck my needs up everyday the staff are friendly helpful and get to know their customers on a more personal level they know my name and always ask how I am and if I need anything I just don't think you get this personal touch anymore due to covid and other factors but Adams staff go above and beyond for each one of their customers I wouldn't want to go anywhere else and if they don't have what u need you can bet they will get it the same day or next day they are all just amazing .”
