“Took a watch for the strap to be adjusted, timpsons employee wouldn’t even look at us, told me a lie about not having the correct tools( had 2 links removed from the same watch last week by a different guy at the same branch)Bear in mind the new watch was a replacement for the watch that timpsons baguley destroyed changing the battery, battery doesn’t even work and numerals are completely missing from the watch face, not even behind the glass front which means the technician completely removed and disposed of them, then lied to my face. timpsons ought to employ people who want to work and that included the customer service lady Joanne who is another liar, my wife is still waiting for her phone back about the damageI suggest you use watch doctor or other competent people as timpsons employ people who don’t care a jot about their customersFrankly they don’t deserve 1 star”
