I have been a member here for 9 months. On sign-up they do a tour, several things that were going to be upgraded and fixed haven’t been. They also advised that our membership would work in every other DL facility other than 4 in London. That’s a complete lie. There’s many it cannot be used in according to the app.The...

Thank you for a lovely visit. Ian the duty manager took time to stop and speak to us and make sure our visit was a good one. Facilities were clean and well kept it's a shame that some members don't treat it with respect. Litter left in the spa area and changing room.
