Called in recently to get my sister a gift.
I ended up with an bracelet which I got engraved in my handwriting. The shop was very busy, but multiple staff members acknowledged me or asked did I need help. The lady that helped me was fantastic. She allowed me to try the bracelet on. She was patient, polite and a fab member...

Just been into the store (16:00 Saturday 26/8/25) to buy a bracelet. Ignored by 3 of the 4 assistants who were too busy having a chat to serve, the other was serving. We left, as we were apparently invisible.
