“Called in recently to get my sister a gift.
I ended up with an bracelet which I got engraved in my handwriting. The shop was very busy, but multiple staff members acknowledged me or asked did I need help. The lady that helped me was fantastic. She allowed me to try the bracelet on. She was patient, polite and a fab member of staff. As mentioned the shop was very busy and I decided to change my mine once or twice. The assistant kept her eye on the busy store whilst helping me, and maintaining her focus on me, without me feeling overwhelmed or rushed. She wrapped it up with incredible speed as she had heard me state I was on my break and needed to be back in work 5 minutes ago haha. She was a credit to the store.”
