Useless! Booked an appointment here to have my tyres checked to see if they were faulty as advised by Michelin. When i arrived, it took ages for someone to actually notice me in reception, only then to be greeted by a staff member who was very reluctant to check the tyres. He did check them (in a fashion) just by feeling... read full comment
