Poor service, three people in dispensary yet no acknowledgment of me standing there when I only required advice on where to find an item. Appreciate pharmacists are busy but an acknowledgment of presence would have been nice.

Rung several times no answer. As a customer… my husband was addressed as ‘pal ‘ rather than sir .
Young assistant struggled to get the other staff member to help him look for the prescription product and my husband was told they couldn’t order it … asda offerd to order it from 1st phone call !
