Not very good, Would not replace factory damaged goods. Will NEVER go there again and advise others to do the same

Staff there couldn't care less. Just stood around at the entrance. No welcome & when you ask for something they act really put out. Instead of reccomending to buy online from them or offering alternatives in store - they'll just direct you to their competitors. I had a very bad experience with customer service; it took ages to assist me! Disappointed.
