“From start to finish this is how I expect a retailer to be, the sales team in the shop were 1st class not pushy and listened, everything they said they would do they did (unlike some retailers). This is the second bed we purchased from Benson for beds because we know the service they deliver, well done keep it up.”

“Purchased a bed that was on sale. Absolutely love it! Great quality. The delivery guys got straight to removing the old bed and mattress to assembling the new one. Even the guy that delivered it noticed one of the drawers was a bit stuck. It just needs a good tug, not a major problem, he and kept offering to ring the store up to tell the manufacturer. I said it was ok as I was just happy with the quality. Now the bedroom has that brand new bed smell.”

“Didn't stay at the hotel but came to the Abba tribute night last night as part of a Hen party and really enjoyed the evening what a well run event the food was delicious and plenty of it the DJ and tribute band were great and it was such a great party atmosphere we all loved it . Well done to all your team for putting on such a fantastic evening, I would definitely attend another party evening here great value for money”

“This was a great hotel to stay in as it is central to most things. the staff were very helpful and the food was great on the first night but sadly it went downhill the second day the breakfast was cold and that night we ate the chicken was very under cooked the staff did sort it but It put me off. rooms were very clean and tidy, but shower temperature can be a little shocking as it goes from one extreme to the other, but overall, I would recommend if these little things are sorted”
