Previously had a nightmare with sofas at other companies, but the lady who works at Alec's was super friendly and helpful. She looked around the shop and pointed out all the sofas that matched what I wanted and she was able to help me find something within my budget. The sofa I bought didn't come with a footstool, but she helped me chose a very close match and even changed the legs on the footstool to match those on my sofa. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.”

“Purchased a bed that was on sale. Absolutely love it! Great quality. The delivery guys got straight to removing the old bed and mattress to assembling the new one. Even the guy that delivered it noticed one of the drawers was a bit stuck. It just needs a good tug, not a major problem, he and kept offering to ring the store up to tell the manufacturer. I said it was ok as I was just happy with the quality. Now the bedroom has that brand new bed smell.”

Nothing to really complain about, the shop is well staffed but as with most Argos shops it always feels pretty empty. If you need something right away then you can't beat ordering it for collection here.

There is also plenty of free parking right outside so that makes it even easier to go here.”
