I started a mobile broadband plan in April and cancelled my account within 30days so I could get a full refund. However after cancelling and awaiting a return envelope for the mobile router, it never came. I have been calling every week with a promise that it will arrive within 7-10 working days. This has now happened 3 times. I have been told to ignore the monthly demands of payment even though it is noted that I have cancelled the account. I am now receiving text with debt collection services. Please respond and resolve this issue for me. I will also be posting this on your reviews for other customers to see. I am looking forward to your response.A very stressed customer

Up to their old tricks again. 5G broadband is down but status checker says no faults exist; problem has been for several days now, for multiple geographical areas, so that's odd! I know from past and even present support staff that information is deliberately withheld so they can't admit to the issues on social media - that's disgusting for the support staff as well as for customers. Honesty is always the best policy, then customers can plan, find workarounds etc. A company of deeply corrupt and unethical business practices, and it's a disgrace we have so little regulation in the industry.

Don't go for 3 SIM card , it's the worst operator in the UK.

My broadband had been down I'm not with 3 but got checking for issues in pontefract to discover 3 has various outages if you go to is the service down. Co. UK it will show you if issues in your area within last 24 hours from list of issues with either phone Broad band or both the following areas are or have been affected plus more wakefield West Yorkshire Altofts West yorks Rotherham South yorks Huddersfield South yorks Birmingham total phonecbroadband blackout 27mins ago Midlands Dublin Internet only 1 hour ago Kettering Internet 56 mins ago Halifax total blackout 1 hour ago London 1 hour ago this at present is 3 services customers have not yet checked other providers including my own it sounds like a nightmare maybe a engineer from 3 can enlighten you

The 3 store in Bolton is centrally located in a prime position for shoppers and can be found opposite the Early Learning Centre (ish) and is accessible from all of the main shopping directions. From the outside it always looks bright, clean and light which immediately invites you to take a closer look. the windows display various promotions and adverts yet do not detract from the light and does not appear cluttered. Also, watch out for the chalkboard as you walk in as that often has the very latest special offers upon it. Once inside, it's nicely set out appearing bright and airy and uncluttered and is fairly easy to navigate with a pram or wheelchair if needs be. The displays are intuitive to your needs (i.e PAYG, pay monthly etc in their own zones as well as accessories) The staff are enthusiastic yet not over zealous. If you're in the market for a new mobile phone, It's worth a look in this store.
