Yesterday night I have been an experienced the worst customer service I ever had in my life! I went to collect an urgent repeat prescription for my child (ordered through 111). Most disinterested and disengaged staff ever. Serving customers with hands in pockets, airpods in and yawning. The staff do the absolute least amount of work required. Sad state of affairs.
