I had a disappointing experience at Wembley branch due to the rude behaviour of one of their cashiers. During my visit on 4th march the cashier's tone was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. I believe that respectful communication is crucial in customer service. I hope the bank can address this issue to ensure a more positive experience for customers in the future.

Zero customer care.Queued for over 30 minutes to be given the wrong advise. Returned 5 minutes later to speak to a manager, told he was in a meeting, asked to speak to any other member of staff, told there is no one else in the back - why lie , I saw other staff walk past talking to another customer 5 minutes ago!!!He then tells me to come back at 3 when manager is back from his break!!! Didn't you just tell me he's in a meeting???!They appear to think their customers are idiots. I recommend banking somewhere else.

The ATM machines are rubbishThey reject moneyAre extremely slowNever once has an ATM machine in this branch worked for me as it shouldThe staff make an effort but the bank cannot function without serious technology update

I have to admit that after using the Harrow branch for years I was dreading using the Wembley branch. However I was pleasantly surprised and left extremely happy, unlike Harrow there wasn?t a queue going out of the door. At 2pm on a Friday afternoon there was only 2 customers ahead of me in the queue and both were dealt with efficiently and quickly. I only waited a couple of minutes to be served and the young lady serving me was polite, pleasant and smiled the whole time.The bank floor is large and spacious, it wasn?t very busy but that?s because the staff served customers quickly and efficiently. They have express banking machines within the bank and a further ATM outside. There is some seating available for anyone waiting for their meeting or appointment.Great branch and great service, the Harrow branch should learn how to run a bank branch from this Wembley branch. The security at this bank is non existent .. a homeless guy walks in and starts troubling people standing in the queue for money .. very unsafe. Manager arrived after several minutes and finally asked the intruder to leave. What if someone mugs people withdrawing money from the ATM ? Who will be responsible then?

I experienced one of the worst customer service today, The staff are like jailers, They think they work at Jail, Everyone speaks aggressively, no one is ready to listen or sort my query, when I spoke to customer service they wanted to speak to one of the staff but they were not ready to speak, finally the Head office staff got angry and was asking colleagues numbers to report, "Santander" Train your staff or improve your branch services, customer are waiting more more hours at the que, all seems frustrated.......

Horrible service very rude staff Niral who was handling customers she looked like she is o er worked or in military and treating customer as if they were slaves, she can't be in bank customer service super disappointed
