I had a very disappointing experience at this branch today. I visited around midday and was told by the customer service representative to come back after 3pm when it would be less busy so someone could assist me. However, when I returned, I found the branch was closing at 3pm, which made my second trip completely pointless. This is unacceptable, and I sincerely hope management addresses this issue.

I went to deposit £40 in cash in the machine on Wembley high road and it did not deposit my money and now I have wait for my money to be returned! I don?t understand why they couldn?t give me my money straight back in cash!
Can Santander check the robot machines before allowing customers to use them! You?re becoming an inconvenience and I may have to change my bank because it?s nonsense!

Came to this branch with my Mum. Extremely professional and excellent service from staff. We needed to speak with someone regarding banking. one of the staff members rang another staff member who had not started her shift. Said that she can book us in straight away if we are happy to wait. Ranjana and Nilana was the best persons we came across. Very friendly and went out there way for us. Thank you.

I had a disappointing experience at Wembley branch due to the rude behaviour of one of their cashiers. During my visit on 4th march the cashier's tone was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. I believe that respectful communication is crucial in customer service. I hope the bank can address this issue to ensure a more positive experience for customers in the future.

Zero customer care.Queued for over 30 minutes to be given the wrong advise. Returned 5 minutes later to speak to a manager, told he was in a meeting, asked to speak to any other member of staff, told there is no one else in the back - why lie , I saw other staff walk past talking to another customer 5 minutes ago!!!He then tells me to come back at 3 when manager is back from his break!!! Didn't you just tell me he's in a meeting???!They appear to think their customers are idiots. I recommend banking somewhere else.

I have to admit that after using the Harrow branch for years I was dreading using the Wembley branch. However I was pleasantly surprised and left extremely happy, unlike Harrow there wasn?t a queue going out of the door. At 2pm on a Friday afternoon there was only 2 customers ahead of me in the queue and both were dealt with efficiently and quickly. I only waited a couple of minutes to be served and the young lady serving me was polite, pleasant and smiled the whole time.The bank floor is large and spacious, it wasn?t very busy but that?s because the staff served customers quickly and efficiently. They have express banking machines within the bank and a further ATM outside. There is some seating available for anyone waiting for their meeting or appointment.Great branch and great service, the Harrow branch should learn how to run a bank branch from this Wembley branch. The security at this bank is non existent .. a homeless guy walks in and starts troubling people standing in the queue for money .. very unsafe. Manager arrived after several minutes and finally asked the intruder to leave. What if someone mugs people withdrawing money from the ATM ? Who will be responsible then?
