“I don't typically leave reviews, but this is one well-deserved! We are from abroad (Austria) and thought we bought EE sims at the airport, but it was simlocal EE, which we didn't know, of course. The friendly and really relaxed and patient guy who assisted us through a jungle of questions and hotlines saved our day and trip with care! We got a full refund of the data sims that didnt work and purchased 2 new ones that are easier to handle, hosted directly by EE and were even cheaper than the other ones. They figured out the problem and fixed it within an hour, and at a better rate than the other shops on this road that I checked out.
