Ordered two pizzas and followed the tracker, and after 30 minutes, the tracker showed the pizza was with me, which it wasn't.
I called the store, and they told me we are closing soon, so it should be another 5mins. After another 20 minutes, I called again, and I was told the driver had only just left the store.
When I queried on why the app tracker showed the order was already delivered, I was told the closes at 1am and your pizza should be there soon.
Well, as I am righting this, it's been well over one hour and still no pizza, and the store is now closed.

Pizza was undercooked dough was too thick and they missed toppings off of my pizza. This particular shop seems poor. No wonder so many branches are closing.

You staff don't know how need to do refund be card ?!if that what you customer service gonna help sort out? Manager on duty listing music on he's phone, they use same spoon ? spread bbq sauce, and put back in tomato sauce, this how customer service try to explain for me basic things what's happening in kitchen?

What a joke shop this place is!! Ordered my pizza at 7pm and it did not arrive until 2 hours later!! I called to ask where pizza was after tracking my pizza to be told it would be another 30 minutes!! So I said basically your tracking is complete lies because they were cutting and checking pizza for 40 minutes!! When we got the pizza, cold and under cooked!! Don?t go here whatever you do unless you order your pizza 2 hours before you want it. Staff totally rude!! Never get another order from me and will be contacting the Head office.

Out of 4 XXL pizzas, 2 were so dry and badly burnt such that myself and my guests could not finish eating them. The store were not helpful when we called them about it and went to collect replacement pizzas.The person in store was rude and hostile when we collected the replacement pizzas and not apologetic in the slightest.Not sure how he thought it would be acceptable to serve such pizzas to paying customers in the first place. Very poor experience, would not recommend.

I've always ordered via online or the app and never had a problem. We had 2 large Pizzas and 2 sides and now feeling stuffed. I see there have been negative reviews here, but from my perspective I've never had a problem in over 12 years!

Ordered Tuesday special for buy one get one free paid full price got one pizza only for £28 they refused to provide the other pizza awful plus pizza toppings are tiny, don't order from here its really that bad.

I phoned up to ask if instead of the garlic dip could I have bbq... I was promised that would be fine. I think this must have offended the person in charge as I was sent "cheesy bacon tots" with no bacon at all and burnt cheese. The pizza also had the garlic dip I had asked to be swapped with bbq. They then also put much less bbq than normal, leaving most of the pizza without my beloved BBQ. Usually it is in a swirl this time it was blobs on a few slices... It was very odd clearly me asking for the dip to be swapped must have upset them. such a shame as I usually really enjoy papa John's and haven't had an issue from here before. If it was such an issue why not just explain the problem? I know these are minor issues but if you charge the prices you do then you expect better service and quality.
