Out of 4 XXL pizzas, 2 were so dry and badly burnt such that myself and my guests could not finish eating them. I've always ordered via online or the app and never had a problem. We had 2 large Pizzas and 2 sides and now feeling stuffed. I see there have been negative reviews here, but from my perspective I've never had a problem in over 12 years!
