I was advised by the PO to send my old passport back to arrive the next dayI received an email from the passport office on the Saturday to confirm my passport was authorised and will be sent out.I received my passport in the post on the following Wednesday. Excellent service from the staff at the Post Office.”

“Always very friendly and great service whenever I go here. I just went to get passport photos taken and ended up doing the whole application here for ease. Much quicker and easier than doing it at home, especially since you need to go to the post office to send off your old passport anyway.”

“I think this place is unfairly represented by the current rating it has from reviewers. I pick up parcels here pretty regularly and have found that generally they provide a pretty good service. This one definitely measures up well when compared to all other such Royal Mail collection places I've used in the past. Yes the wait can be extremely long at peak times, like on Saturdays, and the guy serving is pretty blunt, but if you plan your trip when it's quiet, like first thing in the morning, then it's usually totally hassle free.”

“Good at the time, but looks to have closed now as all signage has gone, and shutters closed during normal opening hours. EDIT: There is new Post Office 50 metres further down the road.”
