The deputy manager named Karolina needs further training on customer service. She is horrible and no apology for the extermy long delay in the Queue. The Queue was endless and 3 members of staff of the till absolutely appalling.

rudest staff i’ve ever met. i asked them if they had jerseys and they said “no, i don’t think so.” as i went to go ask another staff the same staff that i had asked before came up to me and said “you’ve already asked me before why u asking again, all our staff know all the stock.”
