First time visiting New Look with my wife and honestly, I was shocked at how dirty the store was. Fluff balls under the clothes stands, stickers stuck to the floor and packaging/labels everywhere. It just looked really unkept.

Awful customer service. Staff have made a number of errors whenever Ive visited the store but never apologise for their mistakes. Had to go back today as a tag was left on my purchase, i got no apology. Just asked to see receipt and said 'that's fine'. Jeans size options in stock were very limited. Clothing variety great. Changing rooms were not clean, dustballs on the floor, I’ve got my socks dirty.
