There was an issue with the till today, but the young girl working handled it so politely and professionally. I was really impressed with how she communicated with everyone and would love for this to be passed on to her manager! Polite and strong customer service, a credit to her store.

Manager rude, they close 10 minutes early despite customers at the door telling them it’s early, repeatedly same service. Time HQ give them some customer service training
