Came for coffee which was served quite quickly and at a reasonable price considering they serve Lavazzo coffee. However breakfast is still a bit pricey, scrambled egg on 1 toast £4 It was quite tasty with nice seeded bread and served quite quickly. Service is always polite and friendly.

I shop at Squires Twickenham often - although quite pricey I return because I like the range and layout. However, the customer service at the tills is consistently underwhelming. Too often the checkout staff are unengaged?chatting amongst themselves rather than acknowledging the customer, with minimal eye contact or a simple greeting. This isn?t a one-off; it happens frequently, most recently on Sunday, 17 August 2025. It leaves a flat end to the visit and doesn?t reflect the rest of the store. A quick fix would be basic service standards at the till: pause side conversations when a customer approaches, greet with a smile, and close with a simple ?Thank you'?. Simple right? Come on, Squires, you can do better than this.

The garden centre was good and the majority of the pet shop was also good my only concerns being with the hamsters as I saw some biting at the cages (which is a sign of stress/boredom) and I think generally the cages seem a bit small for them

Really nice. Somewhere to go as a family, alone and spend time browsing before settling on what you need or with some friends (children may be there too) for a catch up in the cafe; buying a new barbecue; getting bird seed; plants need some food; garden needs more plants; trusty fork broke. Need a last minute present? Literally such a great place with a wide range of items. Staff are always very helpful and know their stuff or will get someone who knows more to help. Brilliant. I like the displays they have too. Good quality products too.

Whilst the food was good, the service was not so.
Had to wait some time for our food and bill. The lady serving us seemed more bothered about talking to patrons at another table, despite us waiting for some time. She then went on her break and we had to wait for someone else in order to pay.
The garden centre shop is well stocked, but it is one of the most expensive garden centres in the area.

Was given a table, but two members of staff just stood chatting, one obviously was a possible manager. Waited ages then a pregnant person came over and took the order. Arrived after a while, crap coffee, far to bitter. Got up to pay at the till, again the 'person in charge' ignored us, and was doing other things whist we stood there waiting. Finally after nearly 10minutes the pregnant person came over and we took our money.
I do find the person on charge rude in squires, hence why I prefer going to the garden centre at osterley, staff there are much more helpful and friendly.

It is a place where you can find a wide range of good quality garden and garden furniture products. However, I think the price is relatively high. I also recommend you try delicious homemade appetizers.
