She was thoughtful and tried to help me to get the right product for my skin - eventually she suggested a small sample to take home to try which I have done and she arranged for me get a voucher in exchange for the product I had bought so that I can come back buy what I need to when I’m ready.Really easy and straightforward process - I left feeling positive as I was not pressured at all to buy something I was unsure about.
