“Went in today simply to browse for coats and one of the young female assistants had such a lovely way about her when she asked if I needed help and when I replied with the usual 'no fine just looking thanks' she said that's ok she was was there if I needed anything or to call her. So very polite and a breath of fresh air. Well done young lady, clearly brought up with manners and etiquette, not easily taught through corporate training sessions. Hugely impressed.”
