I am in shock and have never been treated in such manner by any staff in any shop! My mum asked to reserve a vase twice once without payment, once with pre-payment and the blonde store manager didnt bother to even come out of the back to respond to her face, instead she shouted that we cant reserve on 'breakable' items. Then I found another 'non-breakable' item and I asked the other nice ethnic lady if this is reservable, since its not glass and the store manager started shouting at me from the back, for me asking a simple question. People like that should be banned from any service job all together. I am seriously appaled by her behaviour and am shocked that people like that get to keep their jobs.
